A man and woman were charged yesterday (10.05.2010) with offences contrary to s.92 (1)(c) of the Trade Marks Act 1994 and s.327 (1)(c) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (counterfeit goods and money laundering). Adrian Hindson (a male, 28.04.1971 - aged 39 of Hartland Road NW1) and Shuang Hong Gu (a female, 24.06.1973 aged - 36 of London Road SM4) have been bailed to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on Thursday 3rd June 2010. |
